The Bali Bersama Bisa (BBB) Foundation, a coalition of ten non-profits, provides free mental health care in Bali. Highlights include:

Launching the BISA suicide prevention helpline

Opening a full-scale mental health facility in 2023 with over 20 professionals
-
Offering free programs like a 28-day recovery plan, counseling, and medication support
​
BBB also organizes support groups and holistic activities such as art therapy and fitness, with major fundraising events like the Freedom Summit. Partnering with global and local organizations, BBB champions mental health and addiction recovery, fostering a stigma-free environment in Bali.
In February 2024, BBB’s facility became fully operational, providing free treatments by psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, therapists, and mental health nurses.
