Participants will undertake a grueling series of CrossFit workouts, one every 4 hours for a relentless 48 hours. Imagine, 12 workouts in just 2 days! This relentless schedule is designed to challenge participants not only physically but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Now in its 3rd year, the 4x48 Mental Health Smasher has grown exponentially, attracting over 100 participants annually.
